Meet Chef JP

Chef Pierre has been a Chef  for over 20 years.  He  attended The New York Restaurant School in Manhattan and received a Culinary Art Certificate. Jean Pierre has a long history in Sacramento and strong ties to the community. Some of the highlights of his career have been working under  outstanding chefs including Michael Lamanoco at Windows On The World . Richard Farnabe at the Riverview Restaurant in Long Island City. One of the original founding members of the first cooperative restaurant in New york City COLOR restaurant. Working under Raymond Mohan as the executive sous chef. He also spent over a decade working with catering companies in manhattan and the bay area. Chef Pierre has been feature in numerous food magazine, newspaper articles and television. Was featured on Emerald’s Live and ABC Nightline.

He looks forward to bringing his culinary background and years in the hospitality industry to his personal chef service to satisfy the needs of his  clientele with professionalism and integrity.
